Hi, just wondering if anyone else with Outlook email is not receiving 02 priority winning emails due to Outlooks new rules, where if you are sending more than 5000 emails a day and you are not set up with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, no one will receive the winning emails. Is 02 priority aware about this ?

I got mine straight away but run my own mail servers, but wouldnt be surprised if some people had marked it as Junk accidently which the MS take action..
We see this with corporate mail sometimes.. good old Microsoft..

Not a question we can answer here as customers.
Have a look at the ever expanding thread here

The emails from o2's blue mondays email address definetly have MX, SPF etc there is no DKIM or DMARC, but that is nothing new and not really a requirement for email delivery, looking at a mail delivery report by by domain for where I work, we cant use DKIM or DMARC on a couple of our customer facing domains and we have no problems delivering mail to the MS Domains...
Talos is not reporting owt strange, and nor is gmail, or SpamAsassin
Strangely the domain is hosted in Microsoft 365, but I have a sneaky feeling this is more down to some customers reporting the domain as Spam.. so one for customers to report to MS
