Hi @Carlcameron Try deleting the app and resinstalling. Fixes many issues

And make sure you have signed up for Priority

I now have access after reinstalling to find all streets tickets have gone off the advance sell - absoloutly gutting

I'm glad you got it working by reinstalling @Carlcameron though not at all surprised all the tickets for The Streets have gone.:smileysad:

Gig tickets are very popular and you have to be ready to click 'buy now' as soon as they open the online booking site.

Update when trying to purchase the page still says does not recognise my email address of carlcameron**Personal info** it looks like tickets still may be there - please Review the priority app where it checks username and password
