I bought tickets for Enrique Iglesias concert through O2 priority thinking I would get the best seats. To find today on another site that they are selling tickets for the price I paid but up front. Is there anyway I can upgrade. I paid £300 for two tickets. What is the point of O2 priority if you can’t get the best seats, I feel I have been ripped off!!!

Try the contract details and help here http://service.o2.co.uk/IQ/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=Companion,question=ref(User):str(Business)...
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I doubt you will be able to upgrade as likely the seats will be taken

O2 are only designated a specific number of seats. It's rare that they are the best seats unfortunately. Well done on actually getting seats and I really feel for you that the seats aren't what you really wanted.
