I have tried, uninstalled, reset phone to factory setting. Seen a Guru at o2 Bluewater shopping center (he didn't know how to fix or what to do).
Yet I am still getting the same problem. Won't open.
The stangest thing about this is my wife has the exact same phone (I bought ours both at the same time from o2) and her priority works?
