O2 Priority app unable to connect

Anybody else experiencing issue with Priority sign in? App working ok till last night, now get message" Unable to connect at the moment, sorry about that." Have uninstalled & reinstalled several times without success. Any ideas please?

I don't use the app - but I notice that https://priority.o2.co.uk/login  is not sending out the SMS to permit you to login just now either.

 

OK, got a text on the second try - perhaps the URL above will have to do you for now, @PAG?

I've just opened my app fine.
Went straight in, no probs.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)

It may be account related so give customer service a call.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. Hopefully there will be a resolution soon, until then I will do as you suggest.

Yep it's working fine 2 phones and the tablet open straight away to the screenshot that you both posted.

I'm having the same problem. I upgraded to the latest version this morning, after problems yesterday (logged in ok but nothing showing in the offers etc) and now I can't even log in - I get the "unfortunately priority can't connect now" message. I don't seem able to receive a text to log into the website either, have tried several times :-(

 

Anyone else still struggling?

No, still OK for me.
