Hi@Charl_ and @PAG and all, just checked this and got an update: there was a security update to the app last week that is incompatible with older Android devices I'm afraid. The app will now only work on Android 5.0 or above. You can still access O2 Priority via the web browser though as mentioned above by our members.

I don't use the app - but I notice that https://priority.o2.co.uk/login is not sending out the SMS to permit you to login just now either.
OK, got a text on the second try - perhaps the URL above will have to do you for now, @PAG?

I'm having the same problem. I upgraded to the latest version this morning, after problems yesterday (logged in ok but nothing showing in the offers etc) and now I can't even log in - I get the "unfortunately priority can't connect now" message. I don't seem able to receive a text to log into the website either, have tried several times 😞
Anyone else still struggling?
