Did not receive a sim order package I want to cancel the direct debit

I placed an order for a sim on the 27th of October but I have not gotten my sim. Please I want to cancel the direct debit from my bank and I placed an order yesterday for a new one to I want to cancel all of them as I don’t think I have money to pay for them both as things are not financially stable for me.

below are the numbers given to me

You should  remove you private telephone numbers from this Forum as it is not Customer Services and is open.

You will need to contact o2 Customer Services 

If this helps and it works for you the

Hi @Chi 

If this option is still available use the little drop down arrow up right hand corner

drop down shows "edit" at the top and then you can take them off.  If not available

as there is a time limit, I have asked our Moderator to remove it for you.
