Good morning, I purchased tickets yesterday for Bastille money has been taken but I haven’t had any confirmation or tickets sent to email.

You will probably be better contacting the ticket seller first.

Hey @Jonnyb01 we're sorry, the Priority app is currently experiencing an issue for ticket users on iOS/iPhone. Please use a web browser to access Priority at https://priority.o2.co.uk to complete any ticket purchases whilst we work on a fix.

@Jonnyb01 I went to check this further down and the situation I've mentioned above doesn't apply to your case. Please follow @Cleoriff's advice.
