Did not receive a sim order package I want to cancel the direct debit

I placed an order for a sim on the 27th of October but I have not gotten my sim. Please I want to cancel the direct debit from my bank and I placed an order yesterday for a new one to I want to cancel all of them as I don’t think I have money to pay for them both as things are not financially stable for me.

Please how do I cancel sim I haven’t received or contract I have paid for.

Once the moderator removes the phone numbers @Chi  you will just see a series of xxxxxx where the phone numbers were. We have no idea when they will be removed. It depends on the moderators other duties.

@Chi  You don't need to post again. Look at the responses on Page 1. Both @TallTrees and myself have answered your query. The POST wont be removed. Just the phone numbers.
