no signal anywhere

i have no signal anywhere i did get a new sim card from 02 shop and waited 24 hours and still still no different tried in a different phone and works fine it seems to be the new phone i got when i sent off mine of to be replaced

Hi @sam27 - some phones are shipped to you with a shipping bar in place, this needs to be removed by O2 when you receive the phone - you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on
