Widespread eSim network outage last week - New eSIM - now have NO CALLER ID on ALL incoming calls

After the known eSim issue last week that caused days of outage for a lot of users, I was advised by CS to get my eSim replaced with a new one instore. After doing that, signal came back..Everything seemed fine, or so I thought.

 

Ever since swapping out my old eSim for a new eSim, EVERY incoming call I receive shows up as NO CALLER ID. I've spoke on a few occasions to CS now and all I get is the standard generic replies and troubleshooting (switch off called ID and switch on 😅)  The issue still isnt fixed.

 

CS seem to have trouble understanding what the actual issue is and I doont want to keep on repeating the same troubleshooting advice which obviously has nothing to do with the issue.

 

I'm at my wits end. Does anybody know what needs to be done and can advise? Many thanks in advance.
