Hello I’ve just received through the post a new sim for my phone. I ordered it through Uswitch. I added my pac code when ordering and received an email with this number on so all seemed fine. I am not very tech savvy I’m afraid and I have just put the sim in and the old number seems to be on it. I have taken it back out. Do I have to wait until I get some communication to say it has switched over. Many thanks Jo
