Hi,

I'm trying to switch to O2 from giffgaf however the user experience is unfortunately horrible on this website. I might give up anytime.

I got my PAC code from gifgaff and I registered to o2. But I can't see any section like "move my number" or "switch to o2".

Can someone please link the page that I can switch to o2?

You are best talking to customer services , and following this guide Guide: Migration & porting into O2

Also if on PAYG with o2 you will loose a lot of things you get with giffgaff..
