Solved: Why is this so complicated?

I'm just trying to transfer my old number across to my new O2 sim card. I have my PAC code any everything. Been on hold for 10 minutes, and when trying to chat to somebody through the O2 app, it just sends me round in circles. Tells me to download the app when I already have it. Absolute shambles.
