Hello i have 15 pound balance in my account and my remaining mb is 223mb how can i use my balance to change the package

You need to add a bolt on until your anniversary date https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/bolt-ons

Or call 4445 to change your tariff early.
