Hi, I have just joined O2 on the 8th of Dec. I got a new Contract for a Pixel Fold. The Phone was very Hot when using it for less than 2-3 min so I returned it to the store on the 9th of Dec as faulty and decided to change to a Z Fold 5.
I now have a cheaper and better deal than the Pixel Fold.
Now today the 10th Dec at 1740 I received my first bill stating O2 will take £1737.02 out of my account via DD. Now I know this is wrong but how do I fix it? I can see my contract for the Pixel Fold is canceled on the My O2 Site.
