Have just transferred from Virgin.

Every time I use the "Find your PUK" section of My Device it returns a PUK not found message.

If this because the SIM is originally a Virgin one?

Yes, as I have a feeling the PUK codes wont have been moved over the o2 system, the best thing to do is either pop to an o2 store with photo ID and get a new sim card.

You can always try Customer services from another phone by calling 0344 809 0202 and seeing if they are on a back end system.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
