upgrade trouble

I want to upgrade my phone but when i login to my o2 website the format of the website is strange and wont let me look at different options. I have tried two different tablets and lap tops, when using the o2 app the upgrade option page is blank. i have no idea whats happening here, could anyone help me?

Mine is ok on my PC. Try using a different browser like Edge or IE. If none of this works then you need to contact O2

done all that, called o2 and got some guy working from home, did not help me at all.
