I can’t afford to pay my phone bill. I was wondering if I can extend to Pay at a later date?

@KieranClark you need to call 202 and speak to the payment management team who can arrange a date change or payment plan, but restrictions may be imposed on your service until the bill is fully paid.

You need to contact cutomer services and ask to speak to the payment management team

They will advise you of the best way forward

Edited to add, the number for the payment management team is

0800 902 0217

You won't be able to make any changes to your current account until you have settled your outstanding amount
