How the hell do you contact the "Customer Services" dept??

My head is about to explode using the useless web site.

Help is needed because 02 have sent me two new sims but with new numbers and I dont know which card is for which of my phones?

Put one in a phone temporarily and check which number it is. If wrong remove it and put in the correct phone. The other SIM should then correct for that phone

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
