My iPhone was stolen in the US. I've been locked out of my apple account and need an sim for my new phone

You need to report it to O2 who will arrange a new SIM to be sent to your home address

Remember you will be liable for any charges made on your SIM until you do.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
