hello my daughters phone has stopped working properly. It will still receive incoming and she can make out going calls, she can send and receive txt messages. But her data will not work and even if shes connected to wifi none of her app will work??!
What sort of phone has she got? If it's an iPhone, you need to make sure she has the iData bolt on.

This shouldn't affect WiFi use though so she needs to make sure that she is connected to a WiFi router correctly.
