Hi
I am trying to add my employee discount for a new O2 refresh contract, the account was opened today on a new contract handset.
I have followed the guide, of work email, and have the code, however, when I go to my O2 I currently get a we are experiencing technical difficulites please try again later message.
Anyone experienced this before, in my account, bolt ons etc is not working yet, does your account take 24 hours to have all the info ready etc?
I do not want to miss the opportunity of registering for the perk.
Any help would be appreciated.
