i have just been on the phone with 02, i have upgraded my contract to a sim only plan 30gb plus. 

 

i was told and saw on the website that this would include my current £5.99 Disney + along with one other extra. 

my Disney plus has just been cancelled and i cna only add it back on for £7.99. this is also my only optional extra not the 2 that were advertised
