Hi O2 Support Team,
I am trying to set up a direct debit for the 24-month eSIM plan, but I’m encountering an issue. When I enter my payment details, the system doesn’t seem to verify my card, and it’s unable to proceed with the setup.
I’m using my personal account, and I can’t figure out why it’s not working. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
