I am being charged for an international call I did not make. the call only lasted 4 secs but nevertheless has resulted in a charge on my account, the no in question is +601112599820. and apparently  from my no which is (REMOVED). could you please check and remove charge, also how could this happen. I am concerned this could be the prelude to a scam.

+601 seems to be a Malaysian number

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
