Hi
I have a current pay as you go contract and have taken a new contract with o2 a monthly sim only I want to keep my old number so an o2 adviser has talked me through the online form and it was submitted however 24 hours later had an email saying the transfer couldn't be done as there the info submitted didn't match files so again with the help of a adviser re submitted the form but just had the same email back. so what do I do next?
