Hi,

I can't log in or change my password. I keep getting the message "Your account is locked, please contact administrator." I have rang o2 customer services about this 3 times over the last week and been told, after waiting for around 20 minutes on each occasion, "There seems to be a problem. Someone will ring you within 24 hours." (Sounds like " I dunno how to solve this. Bye") This hasn't happened and I can't access my account or bills. Does anyone know how I can access my account??

Thanks All. o2 have been in touch today and the matter is now resolved. They asked me to erase all the cookies from my browser, then reset my password. I did this and it worked.
