My god what with the continual scam calls from "O2" which is clearly not O2. Now you have got rid my standard bill, and also it appears the chat is pushing me to do this.
Why pay O2 employees to fix problems when we can get the customers to discuss it themselves.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks MI5 Im on to them now, but the whole thing seems completely confusing to the customer service rep.
