We’re told These codes are linked to an offer of Get £100 off your selected Samsung Galaxy S24.

 To redeem the customer can use the code when signed into My O2 or in a store.  The customer needs to make sure they have at least £100 to pay on the phone in the basket to remove it using the promo code.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

@Josell

Our Manager is looking into these codes.

Send a Private message to @Dave-O2

ie Click on his name, this will take to to another page and you will see SEND MESSAGE.

Click on that and a message box to @Dave-O2  will open.

You need to give the code and the mobile number it's linked to, then press SEND at bottom of box
