I am travelling to Mexico for a few weeks on Monday and was wondering if I'll be able to use my phone there under my current plan.

Check which bolts ons you have using My O2 

If you have Travel then £6 for every day used

If you have Travel Inclusive you can roam with a max of 25GB of data per billing period (or your account allowance If less)

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
