Hi, last Wednesday I cancelled a click and collect for my new phone because I was upgrading it but had to cancel because I have lost my ID. And since then I keep trying to reorder but get it delivered to my home instead, and the app says I am eligible for a free upgrade but as soon as I click on it it says I can’t upgrade because you are busy processing another order/ upgrade from me, even though it’s the one I cancelled last week? My only concern is that I am quite in need of the upgrade because I go away soon and want to know when it will let me order a new phone please?
