Hi
I remember an o2 agent mentioned that I am allowed to change my phone for free every year, and need to give back my current phone. I did this last year perfectly and thought I could do it again now as the time is almost there. Can someone please advise why when I click on update it ask me to pay the rest of the phone ?

@Lara1

The yearly upgrade on us deal has now finished so you cannot do it anymore.

To upgrade early you must pay off your device plan first. You can then sell your old phone to cover the upgrade cost.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @Lara1 , I hope the above information from @MI5 helped clarify the upgrading for you. Don't hesitate to come back and ask again if you have any additional questions. slight_smile
