When I try to download the APP using link you sent, I get this message in Playstore!
Please advise.

MyO2 app can only be downloaded when in UK. 

If you are currently abroad, you need to connect through a UK VPN.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
