If you are eligible for an upgrade, then follow the advice in this guide

You can find out when you can upgrade here.

You'll be able to upgrade for free if you've already paid off your Device Plan, or your contract has come to an end.

If you're on O2 Refresh, you can pay off the rest of your Device Plan and upgrade whenever you like. You don’t even need to pay anything upfront for your new device. Find out more. And if you're on standard contract, you might be able to pay a fee to upgrade early, if your contract hasn't come to an end yet.

With O2 Switch Up, you can switch to a new phone whenever you like. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve had your current phone for, or how long you’ve got left on your plan. And you won’t even have to pay off your current plan – we’ll settle it for you.

How do I upgrade?

Just visit our Upgrades page and enter your My O2 sign in details to get started. If you need to pay an early upgrade fee, or your remaining Device Plan balance, it will be added to your basket, along with your upgrade order.

You could contact the sales team as they can help you with that – message them on Social Media  -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
