Hi, I made an order almost a month ago. I upgraded my actual iPhone 12 Pro for an iPhone 14 Pro Max, however I don’t have any update since then and I would like to know why is it taking so long?

Nobody here will know as we are just customers like you.
I doubt even O2 know when they are getting delivery due to the massive disruption at Foxconn due to Covid, which were added to last night by some of the workers rioting.

How?! I’ve been waiting for over 8 weeks, and mine is still "processing". I haven’t even received the Mains charger that I ordered with the phone.
