Solved: Still waiting for my sim

I git generated the bill, but my sim hasn't even arrived as yet...very very disappointing...spoketo someone on 23rd Nov....still haven't received the sim and why am I paying for the bill if i haven't even received a sim

Royal mail strikes won't be helping.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
