Undo bolt on remove

Hi,

I added a bolt on today and the status says "Removed by you". But I didn't remove it. I don't even know how to. My cousin added a bolt on today as well and the status is "Active". How do I undo the removal if that is possible? Please help. Thanks. slight_smile

Removal of a bolt-on usually means a call to O2 CS, detail below.

 

Sounds like something has got itself a little tangled-up, if you can't add the bolt-on again yourself in your MyO2 app or online, try calling O2 tomorrow morning around 08:15am.
