Good afternoon
I was due to renew my contract in May 2022
I have not upgraded.
However, when my contract expired the payments did not lower and I was still paying £60.12.
Please can you see if I have been overcharged as surely I should only be paying for the line rental and costing, not the phone during this time.

That only applies to refresh contracts direct from O2 Guide: How does O2 Refresh work?
If you took a standard contract from a reseller, you will pay the full amount unless you switch to a sim only contract.
