Tried to pay bills by telephone to O2. Constantly on phone system for 3/4 hour being passed around loads of dept. Then get kicked out before payment can be made. Then get demands for unpaid bills! Does this sound familiar to anyone?
Paid up all money owed, and requested they close account. Next thing, I get a demand from debt collection for £85 when 2 days ago I paid everything owed, including £4.85 which debt agency demanded 2 days later. It took me about 5 hours distributed over 2 days to pay that.
Today (few days later) I get a debt collection demand for £80+
Who is this O2 company. Do they have any experience with communications?

When the debt collection asked for money it needed paying to them, not O2
Undoubtedly the payments crossed if there were only a couple of days between payment and the letter.
