Trying to pay a bill from abroad

I have switched from O2 to EE and have been sent a text on outstanding payment for cancellation charges. I cannot however get through via the customer service to pay for this kindly advise

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
