I can’t access my o2 app says no longer can get in and even online I can’t get in to see my account did phone customer service but still waiting for them to fix it

Persist with O2, @Be4 - you likely have been affected by a rollout that has gone south as O2 move its customer base to a new billing system. If it does not come back after 24hrs, Guide: How to find help & contact O2 will need to be used to let O2 know directly (they don't regard this user community forum as worthy of their presence, generally). If you have been using the MyO2 app, first step is to try online at https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/
Next step is to delete the app, restart your 'phone and then install the latest version of the app.
If both those steps fail, you need to contact O2. I suggest that you message them on social media :-
