I have tried transferring my number over from my old device to my new one and I just keep getting the message unable to transfer.
I’ve tried using the guide and I’ve also contacted support through chat to no avail.
I have an iPhone 12 going to a iPhone 16 pro using an eSIM.
when I go to register a some it is coming up with active but only shows my iPhone 12.

You will need a new eSim QR code to move the number across @Jodie00Lee0089
You might be able to do this in your account, but more likely you will need to visit an o2 store with photo ID...

@Jodie00Lee0089 If you go in store to swap consider moving back to a plastic SIM. eSIMs are very restrictive as you have found out
