Hi all,
Looking into how to track an order I placed around 2 months ago. I have tried my best following instructions via help with no actual option to track my order via my 02 account.
How do you track your order once logged in? I seem to be stuck in a loop.
Tried to use contact us.. again stuck in a loop where it is impossible to get the help you need.
Any ideas much appreciated for tracking my order or getting in contact with 02.
Says a lot having a community as your helpdesk...…

Tracking is only available once you receive a dispatch email.
Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
