My 02 issues

I have just looked on my o2. I did have 3 mobile numbers under my account but for some reason there is now only 2. I wanted to access the bill of the 3rd one but I am unable to access it as the number has disappeared. Many thanks

Upgrade device only ans keep previous sim

I want to keep my current sim and airtime plan, I need to upgrade my device only however cannot see the option online. I intend to use it previous sim in my new one. Can I upgrade my device only?
