I've just had my update through. It has some cool features. You can now see which of your contacts are on O2 and who are using the My O2 app. From My O2, you can send a message to that user. (Maybe this is RCS?) There's also a My O2 assistant called 'Aura' where you speak to it to find out things about your account. You can also exchange live messages with an O2 customer service agent on this new app. Still finding my way through. There's still some features that need ironing out a bit but cool new app either way. slight_smile
Current devices: Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max, Apple iPad Pro 11” and Apple Watch Series 9 (all with O2)

Seems OK. I'm not interested in fiddling around with it though. I will wait till it gets cooler...rofl

So this is what happens:

Open the app and the current usage section looks like it is loading (it is greyed out).

It then fails to load and comes up with an error:

Will have to try another uninstall/reboot/install cycle now i am on Android 9.0 to see if that helps...

Ok, this is what I had to do when I had a problem with My O2. Open file explorer on your phone having deleted the app. Look for anything which is an obvious reference to O2, delete and reboot the phone, reinstall the app and hopefully all should be good. At least, that worked for me.
