Stored previous conversations

On the Live Chat it says you can access previous conversations, but it doesnt say where you can find them!  Anyone have any ideas?  I had a very long text conversation with someone who offered me a very good SIM only deal but apparently they now have no record of it!

Par for the course, @Goonagal - after the web chat, you are normally offered the opportunity to send the chat record to your email address of choice - if you missed that, it's gone.

Forum members gave asked for this record to be saved where you can access it in your MyO2, or auto-send to the email address associated with your account - to no avail. So it goes.
