I spoke to someone recently on chat and they had arranged for my billing date to be changed to the 26th when i get paid from my work as the date wasnt suitible before as i was always late paying as i had to wait to be payed myself however they have not changed the date
You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
