Spend Cap on my Monthly Payment Account

Will someone show me how to increase the Spend Cap amount on my Monthly Payment account.

ThE O2 website gave all comments about Spend Cap BUT fail to instruct a customer how to do it by login his (I.e. mine) MyO2.

HELP !

If you have the my o2 app, you may be able to change the spend CAP via this method.

Unfortunately, only customer service can add or alter spend caps as per my guide posted above.

We have tried that before James, but it only takes you to another page to say call customer services...

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
