my o2 still shows old device type after sim swap

My O2 is still showing my old device type. I did a sim swap into my new device and kept the old number. I can't find a way of updating the device type to my new phone.

So my phone tells me i have a bolt on for an extra 30gb, but its not showing up on my phone anymore as 45gb a month just 15gb now. Where has my 30gb gone?

O2 App: it seems you do not have an internet connection!

I did not use O2 app for a long time, I run it asked for pin [I obviously forgot] so I tried to re-log in to recreate PIN.I get: it seems you do not have an internet connection!OBVIOUSLY internet is fine!What happens now?ThanksM

My o2 app no working

The My o2 app don’t seem to be working on my iPhone the day.I would not load up. So I logged out and now it will not let me log back in to the app.All seems fine on the my o2 website but not the app.Any help or ideas would be great, thanks.Darren

Unidays airtime discount

I was told before upgrading to a new phone I would be able to apply my unidays 20% off discount once setting up my phone. However I am struggling to find where to apply the code in on the myO2 app or website. Any help would be appreciated
